TCGplayer benchmarks

We collect daily product and printing prices through TCGCSV. These are market benchmarks, not guaranteed purchase offers. They do not separate individual card condition or language, and they do not establish shipping costs. Imports run in batches, so check each product’s source timestamp. Snapshots older than 48 hours are marked stale.

Daily changes and market movers

Daily percentage change compares the newest snapshot with an observation 20–36 hours earlier, for the same product and printing. Seven- and 30-day comparisons use observations within four hours before to twelve hours after the target interval. Missing comparisons stay unavailable. Movers rank cards and sealed products with a current benchmark of at least $5 and a prior benchmark of at least $1; snapshots older than 48 hours are excluded. Percentage moves on very low-priced cards can be large even when the dollar change is small.

eBay sold evidence

Sold coverage currently comes from a limited, browser-assisted research shortlist. Each observation must pass exact-product matching and an owner check of the original item’s dated sold notice and matching displayed amount before it can affect an estimate. Pending checks, active-offer redirects, and aggregate sold counts do not qualify. A sold notice does not prove payment or rule out later cancellation. Asking prices are never treated as sold prices. Undisclosed accepted offers, uncertain currency conversions, and unmatched variants are excluded. Estimates require at least five eligible observations in the past 90 days and use a recency-weighted median, with a 30-day half-life. The displayed range is the middle 50%. Item prices exclude shipping and tax.

Graded cards

Initial research coverage includes PSA 8, 9, and 10 for 100 selected English Holofoil cards. Each grade is separate from raw prices and other grading companies. An estimate requires five eligible sales across at least three different dates in the last 90 days. The sale chart plots eligible reported sold observations. Thirty-day movement compares median sold prices in the latest 30 days against the preceding 30 days, requiring five sales on three dates in each window.

Unknown accepted offers, other languages, other graders, qualifiers, speculative grades, and uncertain printings are excluded. Optional certification numbers link to PSA for checking; a valid number alone does not authenticate the physical item. Certification API access is not connected.

Historical archives

The November 3, 2026 TCGplayer history was backfilled from TCGCSV’s official daily price archive. Its source timestamp records the archive publication time. Current prices remain separate from the historical snapshot.

Most viewed

This measures interest on Cardrio, not price performance or sales volume. Product visits are counted once per product per network address per UTC day, across the current day and previous six days. A product needs at least two counts to appear. Shared networks can undercount people and repeat visits on different days can count again.

For counting, the service stores a daily hashed network identifier, never the raw address or a persistent visitor profile. Counts expire after seven days plus a cleanup buffer. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for this feature.

Site activity and privacy

We measure product views, search activity, watchlist saves, buying-budget saves, eBay link clicks and offer availability to improve Cardrio. Each event is counted at most once per product, placement, network address and UTC day. We store a daily hashed network identifier for up to 31 days, not raw addresses or a persistent visitor profile. We do not store search text, private notes or budget amounts in analytics. Requests with Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control enabled are excluded. Counts are approximate and do not confirm eBay purchases.

Watchlists and targets

Your watchlist, folders, notes and targets are stored in this browser, with up to 100 products. Raw targets compare TCGplayer benchmarks; graded targets compare eligible eBay sold estimates. Target-reached indicators require a source timestamp or latest eligible sale within 48 hours. You can back up to JSON, restore by merging new products without overwriting existing entries, and export to CSV. There are no email or background alerts. A target being reached is a research signal; it does not mean a listing is available at that price.

Buying links

Live offers link to individual eBay listings; search links open matching eBay searches. Offers are fetched when requested and may be cached for five minutes. They do not refresh continuously while a page stays open. Verify the printing, condition, language, seller, shipping, and final total on eBay before purchasing. Cardrio may earn a commission from qualifying purchases through these affiliate links.
